Munkun will process the information provided by interested parties for the following purposes:

Data retention: We also inform you that Munkun may keep your CV for a maximum period of one year, after which it will be automatically destroyed in compliance with the principle of data quality.
- Sending promotional communications via email and newsletters: Processing your data to inform you about our services, offers, promotions, and articles or content (newsletter, e-book) that may be of interest to you, via electronic means (email, SMS, WhatsApp) and/or by phone.

Legal Basis

How Do We Obtain Your Data?
Munkun obtains your data from the following sources:

How Long Will We Keep Your Data?
We will process your personal data as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. If you cancel all contracts, you may:

We will retain your data in a blocked state for the periods stipulated in applicable regulations or, if applicable, in contractual relationships with Munkun, after which it will be physically deleted.

As data processors, we have contracted the following service providers, who have committed to compliance with applicable data protection regulations at the time of contracting:
- Public Agencies, Tax Authorities, Judges, and Courts, and, in general, Competent Authorities, when Munkun is legally obliged to provide them.
